Engineering and execution for the transportation of a 170-tonne heat exchanger module from the Dampier Port to the Woodside-operated Pluto LNG plant using self-propelled modular trailers (SPMT). Lifted and placed inside a live gas plant with a 600 tonne super-lift crawler crane.

South Korea & Canada
Engineering, heavy lifting and assembly of the topside of the Hebron offshore platform in Canada. Five major modules and ancillary modules were lifted and assembled with a combination of SPMT, strand jacks, tower lift system, crawler cranes, elevator system and skids.
The 44,000-tonne utility process module, the largest loadout operation ever performed in the offshore industry, was executed in South Korea and transported to Canada.

Car dumper refurbishment
To extend the life of BHP’s Car Dumper 1 and undertake vital maintenance, civils design of the crane pad, engineering, heavy lifting and transportation was executed on two cells. The cells were lifted out of the car dumper with a 600T crawler and on to SPMTs, transported to undertake maintenance, and returned via SPMT to the crawler crane and lifted back into the car dumper.

Refurbishing and expansion of one of the biggest petrochemical plants in Europe, located in the north part of Italy in one of the busiest European industrial areas. Tasked with finding a solution to modularise the construction of a prilling tower, over 60 meters high, maintaining the modules within the transport envelope limitation.
Our solution was to create a module assembly station at site, to stack one on top of the other three sections of prefabricated modules utilising, SPMT and strand jacking systems.
